Ben Thexton
Ben is the Founder of Bridging Partners and owner of TJB Accountants, a UK accountancy practice. For the past three years, he has worked closely with AccountsBytes to build a successful outsourcing partnership that supported the growth of his own practice. That first-hand experience shaped his vision for Bridging Partners: helping UK accountancy firms overcome capacity, recruitment and workload challenges through practical, transparent and reliable long-term partnerships that enable them to grow with confidence.

Dhaval Desai is the Founder of Bridging Partners and Managing Partner of AccountsBytes, an ACCA Approved Employer. With more than 20 years of UK accounting and taxation experience, he combines deep technical knowledge with proven expertise in building high-performing offshore teams, efficient processes and dependable compliance support—helping accountancy practices strengthen capacity, improve operations and achieve sustainable growth.
